When you sign in with Roblox, we receive your Roblox user ID and username. If you file a report, we store the details you provide and any evidence you upload.

Your username is used to show who submitted or reviewed a report. Reported usernames and summaries are shown to staff and, once approved, to the public search.

3. Who can see what

Public search only shows approved conduct records. Pending or rejected reports are staff-only. Uploaded evidence is stored privately and only visible to authorised reviewers.

4. Cookies and storage

We use a small session cookie to keep you signed in. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.

5. Your rights

You can sign out at any time. If you want a report or account removed, contact the site administrator.
